Lunch

I have recently discovered a love of quinoa; though I have been trying to find the excuse for many years to shell out the money for something I had never tried, I am so glad I did.



In the mix: quinoa, carrot, moroccan pumpkin, roasted garlic cloves, and a boiled egg on top! Yummo

  1. mmm...I LOVE quinoa, I actually made some 2 nights ago. I added pepperjack Almond "cheese" and a tiny bit of soy sauce for some salt flavor, and fresh avacado chopped on top...it was AWESOME!!!
